01 General Terms

By accessing the 765bd platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 765bd.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 765bd and its users. They are available in both Bengali and English; however, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

765bd is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. All operations are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

02 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account with 765bd:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.

KYC Verification

765bd follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. You may be required to submit identity verification documents prior to withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. These may include:

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties may be declined.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• While an active bonus is in place, wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The withdrawal method should match the method used for the deposit.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

765bd offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following important conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement, which is typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus must be claimed within a specified time limit. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts from the same IP address or device claim bonuses, all bonuses will be voided.
• 765bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05 Gaming Rules

All games on 765bd are conducted fairly and transparently. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If a Live Casino game is interrupted due to a connection issue, 765bd will attempt to resolve the matter where applicable.
• 765bd reserves the right to void any winnings credited erroneously due to a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, bets cancelled before a match begins will be refunded.
• 765bd's decision on acceptable odds for in-play betting is final.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 765bd platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (Bonus Abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

07 Account Closure

765bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of terms violation.

You may also voluntarily close your account by contacting customer support. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure can be withdrawn; however, any unfulfilled bonus conditions will result in the forfeiture of that bonus.

08 Limitation of Liability

765bd provides its services on an "as is" basis. 765bd is not liable for:

• Game or transaction interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Issues with your device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical outages or scheduled server maintenance periods.

In any dispute, the decision of 765bd shall be considered final; however, users retain the right to escalate complaints to the licensing authority.

09 Right to Amend

765bd reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.

For significant changes, 765bd will endeavor to notify registered users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
